RETURN & REFUND
1. What is your return policy? We provide a straightforward return policy that permits the return of the majority of items within seven days of the delivery date. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return request, you may either obtain our app from the Play Store or App Store or send an email to support@wearthrill.com Please be advised that refunds will only be issued for items that have been returned. Please be advised that the return window for 90-minute, same-day, next-day, and two-day delivery is two days. Items acquired during sales or promotions, including Black Friday, BOGO, Festive sales, and lingerie products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. What is the process for returning the order?
We are pleased to provide assistance if you are dissatisfied with the products. Navigate to the "Me" section on the main page. Choose the order or product that you wish to return. Next, select the applicable reason for the return. Submit the request. Kindly be advised that you will receive a notification via WhatsApp upon the return's generation. NOTE: Please guarantee that the products are returned in their original packaging, with the invoice, and in unused condition. As per our policy, the return may be rejected during the pickup procedure if these requirements are not met.
3. Why have I yet to obtain my refund, despite the fact that the product was collected?
For cash on delivery (COD): We will initiate refunds within 3-4 business days of your returned product passing our quality inspection. The UPI ID you provided at the commencement of the return process will be used to execute the refund. For orders that have been pre-paid: You will receive your refund directly to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we retrieve your product and it passed our quality inspection. We appreciate your patience.
4. The return window has been exceeded.
We are unable to accept this return due to the fact that the return window has closed for all orders. We offer a seven-day return policy, with two days designated for 90-minute and same-day deliveries. We kindly ask that you submit your return application within this time frame to ensure that our policies are being applied fairly.
5. Product exchange
We are unable to exchange items for alternative colours or products. Nevertheless, you have the option to exchange your item for a different size (up or down) by utilising the THRILL app within 24 hours of receiving your order. For the sake of equitable usage of our policies, we kindly ask that you submit your application for the exchange within the seven day easy exchange period, which includes two days for 90-minute and same-day delivery.

1.What is the process for placing an order?
Greetings! To submit an order. Add the desired products to your cart, enter your information, and complete the payment. Your order has been successfully submitted!
2. What are the various forms of payment?
We offer a variety of payment methods to accommodate your convenience. You have the option of placing an order using UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, or Net Banking. We also offer a COD feature; please feel free to investigate it. (Please be advised that an additional shipping fee of 49 rupees will be charged for all orders, and this fee is non-refundable.)
3. Is it possible to modify or alter my shipping address after I have placed an order?
Certainly, you have the option to modify your address prior to the shipment of your order, provided that the service is available at your new location. We will be unable to process the address change if we do not have services available in your area. Before your order is dispatched, please contact our support team at support@wearthrill or amend your address through our app on the Play Store and App Store.
4. How can I cancel my order?
THRILLOrders cannot be cancelled on sale days, such as Black Friday, BOGO, and the Festive Sale. For COD orders, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted. We dedicate a significant amount of time and our hearts to the selection of these products for you. Once you are certain, please submit the order. The order can only be cancelled through our application for prepaid purchases. To rescind your order, please adhere to the following procedures: 1. Access the THRILL App by logging in. 2. Navigate to the "ME" tab. 3. Select the "Orders" option. 4. Choose the order you wish to cancel from the order manifest. 5. Select the "Cancel Item" option. Please note that the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24-48 hours for paid orders. It is important to acknowledge that orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Note - Orders that have been dispatched from our international warehouse cannot be cancelled. If you have an essential issue, please contact our customer care team.
RELATED TO DELIVERY
1. I have yet to receive my order. What is the status of my order?
Greetings! The order processing and delivery time are both included in our standard delivery timeline, which ranges from 10 to 15 business days. It may fluctuate marginally based on the location. We kindly request that you grant us this time to fulfil your order, and we assure you that the wait will be well worth it.
2. What is the reason for the delivery delay?
If the delivery of your order is taking longer than anticipated, it is possible that we are experiencing logistical difficulties that have prevented us from delivering your order on time. Once more, this occurs infrequently and only for a small number of products that originate from an international warehouse. We are deeply sorry for this, but we kindly ask that you grant us an additional 5-7 days to address the matter. We assure you that the wait will be worthwhile.
3. What is the reason for the cancellation of my order?
We endeavour to supply the entire order in the same manner as you have placed it, and to the highest standard of perfection, ensuring that you not only appear good but also feel good. Nevertheless, there are instances in which a product may become unavailable more rapidly than anticipated due to high demand, and we may be compelled to rescind orders due to quality issues. We want you to know that this is an extremely uncommon occurrence, and we are constantly striving to enhance our procedures in order to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable.
4. What is a divided order?
If you select a few products from "Fast" delivery and a few from "Standard" delivery in a single order, the order will be divided into two separate shipments after the order is submitted. The payment for all products will be made in one transaction; however, the order will be delivered separately due to the varying delivery timelines.
5. What was the reason for the unsuccessful delivery attempt?
There are numerous potential causes for the delivery to fail during the courier partners' attempts. 1. Incorrect and incomplete address 2. The phone number of the consignee is incorrect or unavailable. 3. Restricted Area for Entry 4. Payment is not collected during delivery (for COD orders) 5. The consignee relocated or changed their location. Please be advised that the order will be returned if the delivery fails on three separate occasions.
6. What are the available delivery options, and are there any associated fees?
We provide a variety of delivery options.
- Next Day Delivery - Orders are delivered on the next business day. Delivery is free for orders exceeding ₹799, ₹49 for orders below ₹799.
- Standard Delivery - Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days. Free delivery is available for orders worth ₹799 or more, ₹49 for orders below ₹799.
- Standard International Delivery - Orders are dispatched within 10-15 days. Free delivery is available for orders exceeding ₹999, ₹49 for orders below ₹999, and ₹99 for orders below ₹499 for standard international delivery. Please be advised that a fixed delivery fee of ₹49 will be charged for any sale order.
